Effective Date: 01-01-2025 Last Revised: 09-01-2025 At Natalie Clean Service, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the conditions that apply. 1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including providing a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted in the following situations:Services were not performed as scheduled due to an error on our part.
Payment was charged in error or duplicated.
A valid cancellation was made within the allowed time frame (see Section 3 below).
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction reported beyond 24 hours after service completion or for issues outside our control (e.g., pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations). 3. Cancellations and ReschedulingClients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If cancellation is made within the required notice period, any prepayment will be refunded in full or applied to a future service.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee equal to up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
4. Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. 5. Non-Refundable ItemsGift certificates, promotional services, and discounted packages are non-refundable.
Deposits made to reserve recurring services are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services if proper notice is given.
